Pricing & licensing FAQ.

$ What payment methods are accepted?
Polar handles billing — all major credit/debit cards plus local payment methods (incl. Vietnamese options). Billing in USD.
$ Can I run Fantommind on multiple machines?
Each license is bound to one machine at a time. Deactivate from /account and re-activate on a new machine — up to 12 deactivations per month.
$ What is BYOK?
Bring Your Own Key — you supply your own API key for Gemini, Claude, or OpenAI. Fantommind never proxies your LLM calls; requests go directly from your machine to the provider.
$ Is there a free trial?
3-day trial, no credit card required. Sign in with your email and activate from the desktop app. One trial per account.
$ How does cancellation work?
Cancel any time from the Polar customer portal at /account. License stays active until end of billing period; machine seat is deactivated automatically.
$ Do you store my automation data?
No. All run data, profiles, and results live in a local SQLite database on your machine. Fantommind only contacts Polar for license validation at app startup.
